ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Jeff Braun, CEO, Primera, Inc.
Jeff has led teams and organizations to remarkable success for over 25 years, from entry- level positions to the executive board room. He has led Primera, a Turf, Ornamental, and Pest Control Cooperative, to consecutive years of record purchases and rebates for its membership in his current role as CEO. And as the President of the Jeff Braun Company, a speaking and consulting agency, he has created a track record of equipping organizations to unlock their full potential.
Before creating his company and joining Primera in 2020, Jeff led the US Commercial division of Stanley Black & Decker to successive years of record profits and growth by completely revamping its Go-To-Market approach. After 22 years with the company, he resigned in 2019 to pursue his passion for working with and speaking to organizations about the IMPACT philosophy – the act of slowing down to avoid fatigue while developing the skills and habits that enable faster and greater results, so you win at work and in life.
Because of his ability to relate to individuals from all walks of life, Jeff’s speeches are always well-received and provide immediately actionable tasks. He is committed to the concept of The Power of Positive Leadership, working with his mentor, best-selling author and speaker John Gordon, to communicate Jon’s wisdom to a broader audience. Sharing first-hand experiences, lessons, and a dash of wit, he never fails to engage and fascinate his audience while conveying important knowledge. His commitment to excellence in personal, professional, and leadership development has allowed him to speak to different industries, trade exhibitions, conferences, corporate retreats, and boardrooms. He is highly regarded as a prominent thinker in his area and has a talent for empowering both individuals and companies to achieve new heights of success.
He and his family—wife Lisa (with whom he has been married for 25 years), daughters Taylor (freshman at the Savanah School of Art & Design) and Michelle (Manager at BWW Law Group), and son-in-law Gardner (a clinical director of a counseling center)—spend their free time lounging by the pool, engaging in overly competitive and dramatic games, or traveling on family vacations.
